Isana Kontsevaya
I'm a senior commercial executive with 30+ years of experience in P&G FMCG, Wella and Kao Corporation, including 15 years in professional haircare. I've built my career in progressive international roles — in-country (UK) and in global and regional roles leading large, multi-country P&L businesses (up to €200M+) in complex organisational contexts, driving business transformations and improving results through building teams and capabilities.
Most recently, as EMEA Vice President for Kao Professional Haircare, I managed 580 people across 14 markets and 25+ distributor relationships, with a prime goal of improving the profitability of the EMEA region. My experience combines salon channel strategy, operational efficiency, digital transformation, and people growth and capability development.
Lara Zunica
I'm a passionate executive in the beauty industry with 25+ years' experience across several public multinationals: Wella AG, P&G, Coty and Wella Company. Since 2022 I've worked as an independent business consultant across beauty — with multinational, private-equity-backed, family-owned and entrepreneurial businesses.
Specialised in professional haircare, I'm experienced in marketing, learning & development and education / advocacy across brands and geographies — built through global, regional and national roles (Italy, EMEA, Global). Purpose-driven and performance-oriented, I lead large, remote and diverse teams, with deep expertise in brand strategy, team development, organisation transition, customer development and digital transformation.
